Spitfire Homes is currently preparing a Full planning application for approximately 47 homes off Bradford Lane. Our vision is to deliver high-quality, attractive new homes in Belbroughton that both respect and enhance the rural character of the village.

As part of our commitment to achieving the highest quality homes for Belbroughton, the new properties proposed on our Bradford Lane site will be delivered through the Spitfire Homes Bespoke Collection. The collection comprises of an exclusive portfolio of high-specification properties in some of the most desirable locations across the Midlands.
